Customer Responsibility

Upon arrival of the ordered parts, the customer is responsible for inspecting them to insure they are the same as the parts being replaced.  is not responsible for damage resulting in an incorrect part installation. Certain parts will become non-returnable if installed. Any purchase exceeding $5000.00 must be purchased with certified funds only. Payments such as cashiers check, money order, bank transfer or western union are all accepted methods of payment.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing on the next business day after the order is placed. Please allow 2-14 days for orders to be shipped and for tracking information to be provided. All orders are pre-paid & final. All canceled orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. Delivery times are subject to change without notice.

Our Refund Policy

All orders are pre-paid & final. All canceled orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee . Delivery times are subject to change without notice The item(s) of return must be shipped back pre-paid. Any item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging in un-damage and unused condition to receive full credit. If in the event that an item(s) is returned and is damaged due to a non-proper installation, it will be rejected for full return credit. The item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not refund shipping costs in this instance. Any item(s) ordered in error by the customer and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. However, any item(s) returned due to an error in our part, will receive a full credit refund. This full credit refund will include a full exchange for the correct item(s) and a refund of shipping costs. All returns must be authorized and accompany a RGN – Return Goods Authorization Number.  Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Any shipment that is sent back without an RGA or is sent back collect will be refused. Return Refunds can take from 30-45 days to process.

Special Order Cancellations

All special orders once confirmed and processed carry a 10 % cancellation fee. Please make sure you are willing to wait on a special order before confirming as there is no exceptions to this 10 % cancellation fee on Special Orders.

Warranty Policy

All of our parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of problems with a defective parts issue a warranty claim must be initiated and submitted to the pertinent manufacturer by the customer with assistance from Diesel Rebuild Kits. The manufacturer may request additional information and possible to have the parts shipped back to the quality control facility for further inspection. The manufacturers have the final say on whether a warranty claim will be denied or upheld. Any escalations and appeals must be handled directly with the manufacturer in the appropriate court of law.

Security – Antifraud

DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM uses its own 128 bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and code signing certificate by GoDaddy.Com. This assures the highest level of encryption and authentication. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure. A customer purchase can be suspended for manual anti fraud check for as much time as needed for an investigation. Anti-fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Pricing & Availability

Due to the nature of this business, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. DieselRebuildKits.com does update the website as often as possible, although older models become more and more obsolete every day.

Shipping & Handling

DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM offers free shipping on all orders shipped within the US 48 states over $100. This excludes manuals which we ship priority mail free of charge. All international orders and domestic orders under $100 are subject to shipping costs. DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM does not charge for handling. There will be shipping charges if parts are ordered incorrectly by the customer and replacement parts need to be shipped (ie. incorrect bearing sizes). On shipments to Canada, DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM is not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes. On freight shipments free shipping still applies, however should the shipper have to redeliver to you a redelivery fee will be assessed. Because of this please make sure someone is at the delivery address at the time of delivery.  Our Free shipping options is to a business with forklift only, otherwise residential and lift gate fees will apply.  There is currently a $10.00 minimum order charge on all orders. We strive to ship orders same day if possible and pride ourselves in being able to get parts anywhere in the continental USA within 2-3 business days with few exceptions.

Florida State Residents Only

All taxable Florida residents must be charged sales tax according to the county in which the package is shipped. All Non-Taxable Florida residents must submit a copy of their tax exempt form to DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM Forms can be emailed to us, faxed to 888.504.6960, or mailed to:

We provide our vendors with only your shipping information in order to drop ship from various warehouses from around the United States. These vendors are not authorized to use your information other than to fulfill our service. Personal information is collected when a customer/user fills out the form(s) during the check out process. Also when a customer/user creates an account in order to login for orders placed. A customer/user will be asked to create a password of there own and also enter there email address so that they can login. DIESELREBUILDKITS.COM does not have access to your customer password. That information is confidential.
